Alicia Galindo

EGADE MBAOnline professor

Alicia Galindo is a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and EGADE Business School, where she earned a master’s degree in finance and business administration. She teaches Project Evaluation, Financing Sources and Financial Information Analysis at ITESM, and Analytical Fundamentals for Business and Accounting and Finance at EGADE. In her tenure at Tecnológico de Monterrey, she has supported various high-profile departments including the Strategic Project Management Area and the Fund Administration Area, and served as administrative director of the National School of Medicine.

In 2018, Galindo participated — and was awarded best presentation of the Accounting and Finance table — in the 4th International Research Congress of Business Schools and Faculties. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in accounting with a focus on finance and markets at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. Galindo has also been a coach of the Best Mexican Companies program at Deloitte, CitiBanamex and Tecnológico de Monterrey. She authored a chapter in the book “Innovative educational practices in accounting and finance” and has also published in academic journals such as Vinculatégica and InnOvaciOnes de NegOciOs and writes opinion pieces for Financiero.
