Companies that offer tuition assistance strengthen their recruitment, retention rates and employee engagement at work1. In addition, when employees earn an MBA online with EGADE Business School, they build a progressive business skill set and a widespread and accomplished network they can invest back into your organization — and help it grow into the future.
Developing a partnership with EGADE Business School
Tuition assistance partnerships with Tecnológico de Monterrey offer students a tuition reduction for any graduate program at the university. The agreement is renewed every year, but admitted students who receive the discount are eligible even if they leave the company or the agreement ends.
Filling out the form: To develop a tuition assistance partnership, fill out our Employer Partnership Interest Form with the appropriate point of contact at your company. This person should lead this partnership, and thus may be someone in human resources or a similar department.
Connecting with a representative: Once we have received your information, you will be contacted by our employer liaison.
Rooted in progressive values, our MBA will equip employees with a variety of skills that they can invest back into your organization and pass on to colleagues. Courses like Innovation and Entrepreneurship will prepare them to drive innovation on a large scale while our immersion program will teach them to conduct business across cultures and borders.
Additionally, through our Digital Transformation concentration, employees develop the technical skills that are crucial in today’s business world.
Through our online learning environment, employees are able to complete their MBA as they continue to work and apply their new skills on the job in real time. Our part-time sequence includes eight terms that can be completed in as few as 24 months.
